Pumpkin Decorating: Before the Jack o' Lantern

Sure, jack o' lanterns are great. But really, if you don't want a rotten, stinky pumpkin by Halloween, you shouldn't carve your pumpkins too far in advance. Never fear -- there are MANY ways to decorate a pumpkin that don't involve cutlery. Stickers were our savior when my daughter was younger, and she still enjoys hauling out the remnants of past craft projects to paste all over her pumpkins.  Read more...
